Five working days

Every inquiry receives a written response within five working days, including a refusal where the engagement is outside our mandate. We do not leave inquiries unanswered.

NDA on first reply

The first substantive reply is sent under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We share no client identities, including with our own certification partner, without written consent.

KYC before specification

A KYC review is completed before any specification is drafted. Beneficial owner identification, source of funds and sanctions screening are part of standard procedure.

Written specification

A written specification of material, form, mass and intended use is required from the client before any commitment. The specification governs the engagement.
